Poseidon on Hilton Head at Shelter Cove offers a free community dinner Oct. 13 (Thursday) from noon to 4 p.m.

Home Team BBQ of Charleston will be serving barbecue and sides Oct. 13 (Thursday) to about 500 recovering Hilton Head Island residents at Foundation Realty/Carrabbas, starting at noon.

The American Red Cross will be serving hot meals at St. Helena Elementary School on Oct. 13 (Thursday) from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and again from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. For questions, call 803-312-5222.
