Voting for Coastal Living magazine’s 2017 Happiest Seaside Town contest was originally scheduled to end Oct. 17, but the editors suspended it last week because of Hurricane Matthew. Voting will resume once residents of Hilton Head Island, a finalist in the contest, are able to return to their homes.
