A late night food option is coming to Hilton Head’s south end — here is what we know
MidiCi’s Neapolitan Pizza is set to open late spring in the former Hilton Head Brewing Company location at the Triangle on the south-end of Hilton Head Island, Alison Saleeby, co-owner said Wednesday.
Saleeby said the restaurant plans to serve its personalized pizzas well into the early morning hours — possibly 2 a.m.
The restaurant’s non-GMO pizzas will come in personalized sizes of 12-inches and will take only 90 seconds to cook in a pizza oven from Naples.
Saleeby said the design of the restaurant will create a community atmosphere that is inspired by traditional European style. A live tree will grow in middle of the restaurant providing restaurant-goers with a sense of being outside even when seated inside. Other menu items will include cheese plates, meat boards, wine and beer, along with salads.
The restaurant has locations across the country, including one in Mount Pleasant.
