What will the storm surge be for Beaufort and Bluffton?

Estimates from the National Hurricane Center are continually changing. As of 11 a.m. Thursday the center predicted storm surges more than 6 feet in some areas of Bluffton and Beaufort. Other areas in both the towns are expected to see no storm surge impact or storm surges up to 1 to 3 feet.
