Videos show tornado near Tybee Island

A tornado that missed Beaufort County hit Chatham County, Ga., first.

The storm passed Tybee Island and Fort Pulaski National Monument in coastal Georgia around 6 p.m. and then continued northeast, according to the National Weather Service.

Visitors and locals alike stopped to take photographs and videos.
