Why are you running for re-election for this office and what do you consider your greatest accomplishment of the last term?

I am running because I want to improve the education of this county. And I have the support of the voters.

What should the board do if its proposed 1 percent educational sales tax does not pass?

If the sale tax fails, then we would have to come up with a plan to do the projects.

What do you see as the district’s biggest strength and weakness in serving students?

Our biggest strength is the strong educators that we have, and the working relationship with the stake holders. As far as weakness, I think if we would work together as a board some of that weakness would go away.

What specific steps will you take to make government more open and accessible to the public?

I feel that the board should work with the public more, like sitting down with them and listen to their concerns.
