Here are 3 more reasons to be excited about the new Sea Turtle Marketplace

A sandwich shop, nail salon and pizza restaurant have been added to the growing list of tenants expected to open at Sea Turtle Marketplace, formerly Pineland Station, on Hilton Head Island.

Construction at the site, located at 430 William Hilton Parkway, hit several bumps in the road in the beginning but has been moving smoothly since September, Kevin Kiernan of Sandcastle Constructors, a contractor for the project, said Thursday.

The project is expected to be completed this fall, Denbeight Marchant, senior leasing associate with Wheeler Real Estate Company, the developer for the project, said Thursday. Marchant was unable to give opening dates for the businesses. He said the tenants will likely spend some time outfitting the buildings to meet their needs before opening.

Businesses such as Petsmart, Another Broken Egg and Kitchen & Company have previously been announced at the site. A Stein Mart and Starbucks are already located in the shopping center.

Jersey Mikes

Jersey Mikes a Northeast-American sub style franchise is expected to open its second Hilton Hide Island location at the site.

Nail Talk & Polished Spa

Nail Talk & Polished Spa is a locally owned business which provides manicures, facials and massages, according to its website.

Casale Wood Fired Ristorante

This new restaurant for Hilton Head Island will dish out wood-fired baked pizza, according to Marchant.
