Chamber’s Wes Kitashima joins board of SC Sports Alliance

Wes Kitashima, senior sales manager for the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce, is joining the South Carolina Sports Alliance’s board of directors.

The Sports Alliance is a nonprofit collaborative to promote South Carolina as a top sports destination, ranging from college events to youth tournaments. Kitashima will serve as the board’s secretary.

Kitashima joined the Chamber of Commerce staff nearly four years ago, following several years in operations and event planning for Marriott International.
