Bravo posted a collection of photos on its website Monday night of “Southern Charm” star Shep Rose’s “new” home in Charleston.

The Hilton Head Island native purchased the just-built home in late 2014 for $345,000. The three-floor house has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, which is good news for Shep’s sleep-over lady pals because the nearest Starbucks with its, ahem, girls-don’t-do-“that”-friendly bathrooms is a 20-minute walk away.

The photos show a tasteful, non-creepy bachelor pad that reflects the star’s laidback surfer-preppy style. If you look closely, you’ll see a poster from the Windmill Harbour Boat Show.

Shep talked about his new home on the third episode of third season of “Southern Charm” on Monday: “It’s nice to have complete autonomy,” he said about not living in a beach home with co-star and “Charm” producer Whitney Sudler-Smith. “It makes me look like I have my (stuff) together. … Even though I clearly don’t.”

I think this might be the most times I’ve used the number “three” in a story … click here to read my recap from last night’s show.
