Letter: About that Asian land war

A female college graduate voting for Trump stated in a recent letter, “I questioned (Lindsey) Graham’s judgment when he was pushing the U.S. entry into an unwinnable Asian land war years ago.” The last Asian land war that I recall was Vietnam, which ended in 1973 when Graham was about 17 years old.
