Police are continuing their investigation into Jon Kinlaw's shooting death outside the Dollar General on May River Road, but had no new details to share Tuesday, spokeswoman Joy Nelson said.

Since then, Bluffton police have disclosed little information about what led to Kinlaw's death, but did release seven photos of the suspect's vehicle pulling out of the store's parking lot after the shooting. The vehicle appeared to be a dark-colored sedan.

Kinlaw's death was Beaufort County's first murder in 2016.

Anyone with information on the shooting can call Lt. Joseph Babkiewicz or Sgt. Kelly Heany at 843-706-4560.
