Publix, Walmart and more: Beaufort County grocery stores open, closed on Christmas Eve & Day
Forgot the frosting for Christmas cookies, napkins or the one ingredient grandma swore was essential for her signature dish?
No need to fret – several grocers are keeping their doors open this holiday season for last-minute needs.
While all locations will be closed on Christmas Day, here’s a roundup of which grocery stores in Beaufort County will be open for Christmas Eve and when you can visit.
Grocery store hours for Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
- Food Lion will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve. All locations will be closed on Christmas Day. Normal business hours resume Dec. 26.
- Kroger stores will be open until 6 p.m. with pharmacies open until 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Locations will be closed on Christmas Day, with regular hours returning on Dec. 26.
- Harris Teeter locations will close at 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve, and all stores will be closed on Christmas Day. Stores will reopen at 8 a.m. on Dec. 26.
- Walmart will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve, and all locations will be closed on Christmas Day. Normal hours resume on Dec. 26.
- Aldi locations are open until 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas Day. They will reopen with normal hours on Dec. 26.
- Publix locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve and closed on Christmas Day. Regular hours resume Dec. 26.
- The Fresh Market will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve and closed Christmas Day. Regular hours resume Dec. 26.
- The Port Royal location will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Christmas Eve and closed Christmas Day.
- The Hilton Head location will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve and closed Christmas Day. Both locations will return to regular hours on Dec. 26.
- Target will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas Day. Target will reopen at 7 a.m. on Dec. 26.
- Sam’s Club is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve and closed on Christmas Day. It will reopen at 8 a.m. for Plus members and 9 a.m. for regular members on Dec. 26.
