From oceanfront retreats in Sea Pines to riverfront estates in Palmetto Bluff, Beaufort County is no stranger to attracting luxury buyers seeking elegance, privacy and a slice of Lowcountry paradise.

As of Monday, Sept. 15, these are the five priciest residential sales in the county in 2025, according to Zillow. Together, they represent a staggering $49,120,450 in home purchases.
