Savannah airport announces new budget flights to 5 cities. Where will you go?

The airport, which is about 40 minutes southwest of Beaufort County, will soon be connected to Chicago; Houston; Hudson Valley, New York; Belleville, Illinois; and Punta Gorda, Florida, via nonstop flights.

Allegiant boasted super-low fares for the seasonal flights, which carry restrictions but can drop as low as $33 each way.

The flights are scheduled to start in late May and early June.
