These Shelter Cove Towne Centre luxury apartments to begin leasing next month

A new luxury apartment complex at Shelter Cove Towne Centre will begin leasing its 240 units in late August, with the first residents expected to arrive in November, a marketing representative said Wednesday.

A release said Southeastern Development has announced the name of the “luxury residences”: WaterWalk.

“Offering sweeping waterfront views, maintenance-free living, resort-style amenities and a luxury lifestyle, WaterWalk will be like nothing else available on Hilton Head Island,” the release said.

Pricing information has not yet been released, said Susan DeLano of World Design Marketing when contacted Wednesday.

The apartment complex consists of two buildings on the southern shore of Broad Creek. Both pet-friendly buildings will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 1,054 square feet to 2,121 square feet, according to the release.

The units feature, among other things, stainless steel appliances, open kitchens, outdoor terraces, 10-foot ceilings and walk-in closets. Residents will have access to a private parking garage with parking available on the same level as their home, the release said.

Other amenities include concierge service, saline pools, wellness centers, a business center and a social club room, according to the release.

For more information, visit the WaterWalk temporary leasing office in the Wayback Burgers building near the entrance of the shopping center on U.S. 278. The office is staffed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
