Fahey: Which Wich to open in Bluffton

Which Wich, a national franchise based in Dallas, is expected to open in the former Lovin' Spoons location at 95 Towne Drive in Belfair Towne Village. The frozen-yogurt shop closed in August.

Which Wich offers 52 customizable sandwiches in 11 categories, including turkey, ham and pork, beef, chicken, seafood, and vegetarian. Customers place orders by selecting a bag with the type of sandwich they want, indicating toppings and other details about their order on the bag.

The Bluffton Which Wich will be owned and operated by Grant and Lauren Curtis, who opened the Hilton Head Island Which Wich in September.
