Burgers & Brew event postponed due to weather

The "Burgers & Brew" event, originally scheduled for Saturday at the Shelter Cove Community Park on Hilton Head Island, has been postponed due to inclement weather, organizers say.

The event will now take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 24 at the park, according to a news release.

Bands scheduled for the event include "Unicorn Meat," "Ellen Drive," and "Groove Town Assault." "Burgers & Brew" also will feature children's activities, sliders and a variety of beer.

Admission is $6. Children 10 and younger admitted free. All concessions and activities are sold separately.
