Allegiant Air adds nonstop flight from Savannah-Hilton Head airport to Midwest

Allegiant Air on Tuesday announced a new nonstop flight between the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport and Flint, Michigan.

The flights to and from Flint Bishop International Airport are scheduled to begin April 15. Allegiant’s website shows available flights two times a week through mid-August.

Some flights are being offered for as low as $39 as part of an introductory promotion. To take advantage of the deal, tickets must be purchased by Wednesday for travel by Nov. 13 and do not include taxes, fees and baggage charges.

The new route is part of a nine-route expansion across Allegiant’s network, according to a news release from the airline. Allegiant has been offering seasonal nonstop flights between Savannah and Grand Rapids, Michigan, since 2019.

The Savannah airport is located about 40 minutes southwest of Beaufort County in the Pooler area.
