Kinghorn Insurance will move into a new building being constructed next to Andes Rotisserie in Old Town Bluffton.
The company will move its location at 1544 Fording Island Road — near the Hilton Head Island bridge — to the Old Town location once construction is complete, Matt Bader, Full Circle Construction owner, said Wednesday.
He said the company should be able to move in by spring.
Kinghorn Insurance also has an office at 23 Shelter Cove Lane on Hilton Head.
The area near the Bluffton library has started to see business growth in recent years. Andes Rotisserie is the most recent business to open in the area in November.
