Spartina 449 opens in Tanger 2, announces holiday shopping hours

Spartina 449, a local handbag, clothing and accessories retailer, has officially opened its fifth store, this one in the Tanger Outlets Hilton Head Island, according to general manager Ashley Doepp.

The new outlet store, located in Tanger 2 in the former Jared Vault jewelry store between Claire’s and Crocs Outlet, will feature regular outlet merchandise as well as factory seconds — brand new, never-been open products that have slight imperfections — according to Jessica Maples, Spartina 449 project manager.

The retailer has released its special holiday hours for the upcoming Thanksgiving weekend on its website. The special hours for the new store in Tanger 2 are:

Nov. 23, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Thanksgiving Day, 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Nov. 25, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Nov. 26, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Nov. 27, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
