New clothing store for women now open at Tanger Outlets

Talbots Woman, a plus-size-only clothing shop, is now open at Tanger 1 in greater Bluffton.

The store carries sizes 14 to 22 and is only one of four in the country that the Talbots brand has opened so far.

This is the second Tanger 1 location for Talbots, known for its casual, cruise and workwear, and the third for the county. Talbots also has a location Beaufort and is planning a fourth store at Shelter Cove Towne Center on Hilton Head Island.

According to a post on Tanger Outlets Hilton Head’s Facebook page, customers who shop at the newest store before Nov. 20 can enter a drawing for a $250 Talbots gift card.
