A new eatery has officially landed in Beaufort.

Bye Bye Birdie Food & Spirits, offering light lunch bites, dinner options and a variety of drinks, opened its doors Oct. 2, taking over the former Wet Willie’s location in Beaufort Town Center.

Located at 2127 Boundary Street in Suite 17, next door to the Foundry gym, Bye Bye Birdie is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Here’s what to know about this new dining spot and what guests can find on the menu.

The lunch and appetizer menu features comfort classics with a twist, including meatball sliders, a deviled egg flight and pimento cheese plate.

For dinner, dishes like the smash burger and artichoke-crusted salmon headline the menu, along with special menu offerings like fried cod fish.

On the drink menu, diners can find unique and seasonal twists on classic cocktails, such as a root beer old fashioned, apple cider margarita and a limoncello mojito.

Located in the heart of Beaufort, Bye Bye Birdie offers a new stop for a casual lunch or a relaxed dinner for locals and visitors alike.

A website is still in the works, but guests can stay up to date on menu items, specials and events by following Bye Bye Birdie on Facebook and Instagram.
