Shrimp and burger shack opens on Hilton Head Island
On Saturday SERG Restaurant Group welcomed its newest establishment, Marleys Shrimp and Burger Shack, to its long list of eateries on Hilton Head Island.
The quick counter-service style restaurant opened next to its sister restaurant Marleys Island Grille, a SERG spokesman said Saturday.
Other restaurants owned by SERG include Skull Creek Boathouse, Poseidon and One Hot Mama’s.
The shrimp and burger shack is an option for foodies looking for something quick and relaxed, a press release from the company said.
SERG chefs from One Hot Mama’s along with Chef Orchid Paulmeier from the Food Network created the menu which includes appetizers such as a Daufuski deviled crab cakes, tacos, seafood rolls, seafood baskets and burgers.
The restaurant at 35 Office Park Road will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
