Want to enjoy the fireworks at Hilton Head’s Shelter Cove this summer? Here’s the schedule
This summer’s schedule for the popular fireworks shows at Hilton Head Island’s Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina has been released.
The annual HarbourFest will feature 12 weeks of fireworks on most Tuesdays between Memorial Day and Labor Day, according to event organizers.
HarbourFest, which has been held for more than 30 years, also features kid-friendly music by Shannon Tanner and entertainment by Cappy the Clown.
The fireworks shows, which are free, begin at dusk and are weather-permitting.
The week of July Fourth, the fireworks will be held on Independence Day, which falls on a Monday this year, instead of on Tuesday, July 5.
HarbourFest fireworks shows were canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but last year’s events were held.
Tuesday fireworks typically pack Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina with families and mean busy nights at the restaurants nearby.
