Lucas: Jazz singer Jan Spencer to perform in Beaufort

Local jazz singer Jan Spencer will make an appearance in Beaufort this weekend.

A smooth jazz and blues singer-songwriter who hails from Detroit, Spencer now resides in Beaufort.

Spencer will perform from 1-2:30 p.m. Saturday, at the SALT Gallery, at 802 Bay St., Beaufort.

The show is free but a suggested donation is $5.
