Lucas: Penn Center to 'Light Up' the night Sunday

As part of its "Light Up Historic Penn Center" celebrations, the center will hold its annual live nativity scene and community choir concert at 6 p.m. Sunday Dec. 20.

The free event takes place at the Frissell Community House, 16 Penn Center Circle West, St. Helena Island.
