When it comes to Bucknell University men's tennis, Hilton Head Christian Academy product Nick Bybel is at the top of the list.

Bybel was already Bucknell's record holder for career singles wins.

Now, with his titles in both singles and doubles at the Bison Invite on Saturday, he has added the record for total career wins. He led an impressive effort that saw the Bison take first in all four singles draws and both doubles draws.

Bybel defeated teammate Daniel Wright in Flight 1 to earn his first singles title of the fall and teamed with Bryan Adams to beat fellow Bison Wright and Ben Gerber in the finals of the Flight 1 doubles bracket.

The senior went 5-0 over the two-day event, raising his career record to 156-52. Josh Katten was the previous record holder for career victories, amassing a mark of 155-96 during his four-year career from 2009-13.

Bybel was ranked 95th by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association coming into this season after finishing last year with a 38-3 mark, 22-1 in singles. He was the Patriot League's Men's Tennis Player of the Year for the second straight year.

An economics major, Bybel was the SCISAA Player of the Year in 2012 after leading the Eagles to a state championship appearance.
