    Walter Sumner has lived near the Alljoy Landing in Bluffton for more than 30 years, and in all that time his home has never flooded until Monday during Tropical Storm Irma. He has to now replace all of the flooring in his home which is a lot of work, but thankfully he has really helpful neighbors.
