Can anyone help me clean up my yard?
Hearts & Hands Disaster Recovery will be working a free hotline for debris removal and home cleanup, now through Nov. 4.
The hotline will help connect people with relief agencies, according to an HHDR flier. Services are free, but service is not guaranteed.
