When will Parris Island reopen and when will personel return?

A press release from Parris Island representatives sent out Monday says all non-essential Department of Defense personnel and their families are now allowed to return to Parris Island.

According to the press release, authorites have assessed the conditions of the island and deemed it safe for return. All personnel should return by Wednesday to resume work.
