Update: Dozens of candidates file for state, local offices before Wednesday deadline

More than three dozen candidates have filed to run for a host of state and local offices.

The deadline to enter the 18 races to be decided in November was at noon on Wednesday.

The following candidates have filed, according to information from the S.C. Election Commission.
