    Duncan Fordham, owner of Fordham Market on Bay Street in Beaufort, is selling the building that's housed the family business for more than 70 years. The 75-year-old Fordham, who grew up just down the street from the store, and who's operated it since 1965, knows that while retirement figures to be relaxing, it will be quite an adjustment for a man who's at the store "365 days a year."
