Should we expect flooding in the Dale, Laurel Bay and Shanklin area of Burton?

As of 2 p.m. on Friday, flooding in the northern Burton area is predicted to be minimal. A National Weather Service map available here showed small portions of the area with about 3 feet of flooding.
