Senior Center hosting 2 seminars

The Hilton Head Island Senior Center is hosting two upcoming seminars.

“Balancing Your Senior Years” will be at 10:30 a.m. May 18 and will focus on the benefits of good balance, gait and strength for fall prevention; balancing food and medicine and balance in the life of the caregiver. Pre-registration is required by May 17. Call the Senior Center at 843-785-6444 to reserve your seat. Free and open to the public.

“Arthritis and Joint Care” will be at 2 p.m. May 16. Learn about the disease of arthritis and caring for aging joints. Pre-registration is required by May 15.
