Former Seahawks tennis standout excelling at Dayton

Dayton sophomore Carsten Fisher, a former Hilton Head Island standout, earned Player of the Week honors in the Atlantic-10 Conference for the third time in four weeks as he threatens the school record for victories in a season.

Fisher owns a 10-4 record in singles for the Flyers, winning his past seven matches, and has added 10 more doubles wins with partner Zach Berry.

Tom Murphy holds the Flyers' record with 33 victories in 2007.
