2011 Heritage champion Brandt Snedeker has rare bone condition
Several media outlets have reported this week, though the reports have not garnered a ton of attention, that 2011 Heritage champion Brandt Snedeker, the third-ranked golfer in the world, is suffering from a rare bone condition.
The condition, known as low bone turnover, results in Snedeker's bones being more brittle than usual, particularly his ribs. Shedeker has broken four ribs over the past six years, the last coming in 2012 when he was defending his Heritage title at Harbour Town.
