Have Charlotte Hornets tickets? How to get refunds for 10 canceled home games

With the Charlotte Hornets’ season declared over, 10 remaining home games for the 2019-20 season won’t be made up.

If you bought tickets to those games at Spectrum Center — which included Saturday night matchups against the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers — how do you get refunds?

According to the Hornets, if you bought tickets through Ticketmaster (whether by phone, internet or mobile app) you should automatically receive a refund by July 3. If you bought tickets at the box office at Spectrum Center (currently closed due to the pandemic), send an email to arenainfo@hornets.com to receive refund information.

If you have a ticket plan (full season, partial season or group tickets), you have the option of either a credit toward next season with incentives or a refund. Ticket-plan customers should contact their personal account representative or call 704-HORNETS (704-467-6387) with any questions.
