Bluffton’s Patterson named Class 3A Player of Year

Bluftton’s Jermaine PAtterson was named the Class 3A Player of the Year by the South Carolina Basketball Coaches Association.

Bluffton’s Jermaine Patterson picked up another honor Tuesday.

The senior guard was named Class 3A Boys Player of the Year as the South Carolina Basketball Coaches Association released its all-state and players of the year.

Patterson, who was picked for the Carolinas Classic All-Star game is averaging 28.5 points a game this season for the Bobcats. He was joined on the 3A team by Ridgeland-Hardeeville’s Rashamel Butler.

Ridgeland-Hardeeville’s Quanajia Drayton and Battery Creek’s Ta’quasia Lampkin.
