Bluffton’s Patterson picked for Carolinas Classic All-Star game

A day after announcing his college choice, Bluffton’s Jermaine Patterson picked up another honor.

Patterson was picked to play in the 2018 Carolinas Classic All-Star Basketball Games. He was the only Lowcountry player selected for the all-star event, which features some of the top public school seniors in North Carolina and South Carolina.

The games will be played March 24 at John T. Hoggard High School in Wilmington, N.C.

It is the second all-star selection for Patterson, who was picked to play in the Shrine Bowl for football. The Queens College commit is averaging 28.5 points and five rebounds a game this season for Bluffton.
