Lowcountry basketball roundup: Bluffton picks up sweep over Eau Claire

Bluffton used a 7-0 run in the third quarter on its way to defeat Eau Claire, 62-53, Saturday in boys basketball.

Jermaine Patterson scored 23 points and Donovan had 20 for Bluffton.

Judaah Mitchell scored 19 points, and the Bobcats opened the game on a 15-2 run in the victory.

Tatyana Aiken added 16 for Bluffton

Hilton Head Christian 49, Wilson Hall 46

Jasmine Campbell scored 16 points, and Brielle McCarthy added 15 as HHCA knocked off powerhouse Wilson Hall in the Lady Baron Classic.

Jossie Frazier chipped in with nine, including big free throws down the stretch and Cortney Gray had eight.

Battery Creek 68, Whale Branch 17

Keyea Sanders led three players in double figures with 15 points for Battery Creek.

Jayden Thompson added 13, and Trinity Coney had 11.
