High school basketball playoffs: Beaufort Academy girls vs. Laurens Academy

Laurens Academy 55, Beaufort Academy 34: Taylor Campbell scored 24 points to pace three Laurens Academy players in double figures, bringing the the Eagles’ season to an end in the SCISA Class 1A quarterfinals.

Karolina Struharova, an exchange student from the Czech Republic, was the only BA player to reach double figures with 10 points. The Eagles (10-11) kept matters close through the first half, before Laurens Academy’s offense began to heat up after the break.
