High school basketball playoffs: Thomas Heyward girls vs. Oakbrook Prep

Thomas Heyward 57, Oakbrook Prep 41: Ellie Bryan’s 14 points paced four Rebels in double figures as THA cruised through the opening round of the SCISA Class 2A playoffs in Sumter.

Jamie Davis tossed in another 12 points for Thomas Heyward (23-3), while Haylee Wade added 11 points and Alayna DeLong had 10. Gabby Boyles nearly made it five Rebels in double figures by scoring eight points.

The Rebels next face Thomas Sumter in a second-round contest Monday night in Sumter.
