High school basketball result: Battery Creek girls at Ridgeland-Hardeeville

Battery Creek 45, Ridgeland-Hardeeville 40: Brianna Tolbert scored 11 points and pulled down seven rebounds as the Dolphins, now No.6 in the latest Class 3A rankings, notched their third consecutive victory to start 2017.

Kendriana Shojgreen nearly posted a double/double with 10 points and nine rebounds for Battery Creek (9-4, 2-0 Region 8), while Taquasia Lampkin added six points and 11 rebounds. Kevea Sanders also tossed in six points.
