High school basketball result: Battery Creek girls vs. Marlboro County

Battery Creek 63, Marlboro County 34: Taquasia Lampkin scored 14 points and pulled down 18 rebounds as the Dolphins won their opener at the Carolina Invitational in Charleston.

Daje Bartley led Battery Creek with 19 points and came up with five steals, while Brianna Tolbert tossed in 16 points. Lampkin also contributed six assists and five steals to her stats line.
