High school basketball result: John Paul II boys vs. Habersham

John Paul II 73, Habersham 35: Rashad Battiste scored 16 points and pulled down 10 rebounds as the Golden Warriors turned things up after halftime to extend its unbeaten start to five games.

JP2 led just 26-16 at halftime, then doubled its point total in the third quarter to put things away. Nyleem Wright chipped in with 13 points, nine rebounds and six steals on the night, while Lindsay Franklin scored a season-best 13 points.
