High school basketball result: Beaufort Academy boys vs. TKA

Beaufort Academy 68, The King’s Academy 66 (OT): Kevin Williams and Dawson Coleman combined for 12 points in the extra period to lift the Eagles in their opener at the Titan Classic in Florence.

TKA’s Chase Porter sent the game into overtime with a 3-pointer from the corner, as BA (2-0) missed a shot to win at the buzzer. The Lions jumped out to a quick five-point lead as the overtime started before Williams and Coleman took over.

Jalen Moon led the Eagles with 17 points, while Williams pumped in 15. Coleman contributed 14 points and dominated the boards with 22 rebounds.
