High school basketball result: HHCA boys vs. Frederica Academy

Hilton Head Christian 57, Frederica Academy 55 (2OT): Brennen Studenc drained a 3-pointer from the corner at the buzzer, giving the Eagles their first victory after staving off a furious Frederica comeback.

Hilton Head Christian (1-1) held a 30-14 advantage at halftime, but Frederica managed to keep cutting into the lead as the second half wore on.

Studenc paced the Eagles with 17 points, while Floyd Hargrove added 12 and J.D. Monts contributed 10. Zack Doe grabbed 11 rebounds for HHCA.
