Despite giving up nine runs in one inning, Hilton Head Christian turned back Faith Baptist Christian 16-12 in a Friday game that featured struggling pitchers. The teams combined to draw 19 walks, including 10 by the Eagles, who tallied 13 runs in the second frame.

The Eagles had nine hits. Michael Graupner, John Blackshire and Daniel Harrington each collected multiple hits. J.D. Monts, Blackshire and Connor Handy each drove in three runs.
