High school boys soccer result: John Paul II vs. Coastal Christian

John Paul II beat Coastal Christian on Friday to up its record to 8-4 overall and 4-1 in region play.

Elijah Moreno scored a hat trick, giving him 18 goals on the season. Sebastian Laverde and Karl Johnson each logged an assist. Nyleem Wright made three saves in goal.

The Golden Warriors will return to action Tuesday at home against Hilton Head Christian.
