High school wrestling result: Beaufort at Region 8-4A meet

Six region titles for Beaufort: A near-sweep of the lower weight divisions gave the Eagles six champions from the Region 8-4A meet on Wednesday.

Brothers Tramon and Tramone Jenkins, both ranked No.1 in Class 4A in their weight divisions, led the way with Tramon winning at 126 pounds and Tramone at 132.

They were joined in the winners’ circle by Jacob Workman (106), Luis Pantoja (113), Kamren Spann (120) and Justin Campbell (145).
